Hey everyone!
Hope you all are doing well. This season we hardly saw any rains in this part of India (Delhi-NCR) which makes me wonder if there would be no monsoon at all in the coming years.
Anyway, I hope it rains a bit before the onset of Autumn which is not far away. And talking about Fall made me realize that it's time that I started re-arranging my wardrobe for the new season.
While going through my wardrobe I noticed that there are few items which I should invest in and shop for Autumn-Winter. And that's why I went to few of my favorite online shopping websites to see what they had in store for AW'2014.
In this post I have covered my wishlist for the Fall, have a look -
If you have followed my outfit posts, you must be knowing that I am a big fan of printed pants and they definitely rule my wardrobe. But one of my favorite printed pants which have a monochrome style have faded away and therefore I need a new pair. The above pair of printed pair is a perfect pick to style for a semi-formal occasion or to a casual day out with friends.

Hi lovely readers!
It's Friday again and also the beginning of a fun weekend. I don't have any plans for this weekend yet and most probably would be reviewing few products for the blog.
Last week Mumbai played host to the most popular Fashion event of the country - Lakme Fashion Week winter festive season. And what runs parallel to any fashion show is lingerie which helps give a smooth and neat look to any outfit.
The 15th year and the 23rd season of LFW saw amanté, the official lingerie partner, add a spark of sensuality to the whole event. From the fitting sessions to the finale evening, amanté gave a feel of opulence to models, designers, celebrities and guests alike.
This year amanté added a spark and more colors to the prestigious event with their unique and interesting The Sensuous Pink Couch activity.

Hey lovely readers!
Hope you all are having a great week. Last weekend, I attended the launch of HRC Mingle, a ladies night at Hard Rock Cafe, Saket, Delhi; followed by watching a movie - The Grand Budapest Hotel on Saturday and shopping a bit.
And I am back today with this review for a new matchmaking/dating app in town. Well, I know you must be wondering why I am writing a review for a matchmaking app. The reason very simply is - because just like every other Indian girl in her mid 20s, even I am being asked my parents and relatives to settle down. And being a single lady in a metro city, it gets really difficult to find the perfect one with the little time you have in your busy lifestyle. While my parents are doing their bit by searching from the zillion of profiles shown at other traditional matrimonial websites, they simply do not work for me.
So when I came across this website which recently was also in news because of their amazing Breaking Stereotypes campaign, I decided to try it by myself.
And, now as they have come up with a mobile app, with the Android version already out and the iOS version being launched in October'14, finding love would now be at your fingertips.

Hey lovely readers!
Here's a new outfit post to delight all my curvy readers who have sent me queries requesting more styling options for curvy body type.
I have always been a fan of peplum style and while I own many tops and few dresses with a peplum style, I lacked a peplum skirt until I saw this beautiful skirt at a Forever 21 store in Delhi. In a classic style, this jacquard skirt features polka dots all over and a flattering peplum style.
Last month I had visited Bangalore to attend a trade show organized by Madura Garments for its brands - Van Heusen, Louis Philippe and Allen Solly. The trade show was a unique showcase of their SS15 collection for the prospective buyers from all over India and I was also invited over to go through the collection and share our feedback. Later in the day, all the bloggers and media persons met over a cozy dinner at the poolside of Marriot hotel. I had a great time at the event, catching up with some amazing bloggers from all over India and making new connections.
As it was a semi-formal dinner with the brand representatives of Madura Garments, I believed the Forever 21 skirt was a perfect choice. I paired the skirt with a sleeveless striped crop top from Forever 21 which has a perfect length and fit. I completed the look with a black statement neckpiece from Forever 21, Tresmode wedges and a Fossil watch.
To add some color to the monochrome outfit, I paired it with a bright tangerine clutch purse from Cupcakes and Closet.

Celebrate Being You with Bed Head - This Is Me Campaign - Selfie To Bacelona
Saturday 23 August 2014
Hey lovely readers!
I am back with a new post talking about a very interesting campaign and a topic which we all relate to very closely.
Body Image and Being Yourself is what everyone seems to be talking about everywhere. Whether you see any magazine, social media page or community, people have been trying to spread a positive body image among the masses and I completely support the motion.
Because individuality and self-confidence is what defines each one of us and makes us unique. And no matter what others have an opinion about us, if we start loving ourselves and able to say to the world 'This Is Who I Am', our body shape, color and other such physical parameters can never be a constraint in being true to ourselves and doing what we like the most.
And one brand which has not only supported this motion strongly but also made it a basis of their latest campaign is Bed Head's "This Is Me".
As you all must be aware of, Bed Head is a hair care and styling products brand distributed by TIGI, and is known for its rule breaking attitude and cheekiness along with their fun and creative hair products already have a strong online social presence globally and have begun their efforts in engaging its Indian audience by reaching out to them.
And their latest campaign The Bedhead – ‘This is Me’ stays true to the brand values and focuses on individuality by encouraging people to acknowledge their true self.

Hey everyone!
If you happened to read my last post, you would be aware that I am hooked on to Comedy shows recently and today I am going to share with you all my views about a comedy show which has an interesting twist.
The Bottom Line is a unique comedy show being aired on NDTV Prime, which features current topics in a hilarious way, without stepping on a few toes. While every day we come across very serious and depressing news all over the internet and TV, this show is doing its bit to make you smile in your busy lifestyle by picking up latest topics which we all care about and present their opinions on these topics through comedy.
I have watched quite a few episodes of The Bottom Line now and one episode which caught my attention and I believed is worth sharing with you all is this one which takes dig on topics like the recent release Humshakals, juvenile crimes and mid-day meal fiasco.
The show is hosted by the talented comedian Sorabh Pant, and also features Sahil Shah, Sapan Verma and Atul Khatri who together present satire at its best.

Hey everyone!
I am back after spending a week with my family and cousins in Ludhiana. And while it's always fun catching up with your friends and relatives, this time I also spent time catching up on some interesting TV shows which I missed due to my busy work schedule. And one show which really caught my fancy is Rising Stars of Comedy.
The show telecasts at the NDTV Prime and features some amazing comedians from all across India who would really make you laugh out loud with comedy acts which you can totally relate to.
A particular episode I totally enjoyed watching was the one hosted by Jeeveshu Ahluwalia in an open Mic edition with comedians Manu Sharma, Saiam Hasan and Sumit Anand.
It was hosted at one of the popular restaurants of Delhi-NCR among live audience and I had such a fun time watching this episode that also made me go back to their website to watch it again with my mom who is a fan of the show now.

Hola chicas!
And here I am back with the first Outfit post of this month. The last month was so packed that I hardly got time to shoot my favorite outfits and post them on the blog. Even today's outfit dates back to last month when I visited Goa for the Zest event which I have covered before here.
On the first day of our stay in Goa, we had to attend a Masterclass for which I decided to go casual yet trendy and because the weather of Goa is really cool, I thought my bodycon striped skirt from Forever 21 was perfect for the occasion.
I paired this chic skirt with a cropped tie-up top in a bright coral colour which I bought from Forever 21 as well. I was most excited to wear my new strappy Steve Maddens for the first time. These classic T-strap sandals - MAAGIE - are the latest addition in my shoe wardrobe, and I now own 6 Steve Madden beauties which I really adore.
To complete the look, I carried a color-block clutch from Romwe.com and wore a lovely neckpiece which actually belongs to my blogger friend Bhumika who happily let me wear it for the class as I wasn't carrying a matching accessory.
Here are the pictures of the outfit Bhumika clicked at the pool of the Zuri White Sand Resorts where we stayed for the weekend -

The arena was packed and viewers were welcomed by a spectacular sight of a fully lit up Rashtrapati Bhavan, through a projector. Tarun Tahiliani’s unconventional and edgy approach of showcasing bridal wear in the color black stunned many! Apart from black & gold the collection formed a pastoral romance of pinks, beiges, burnt orange and noir. Extensive layering, long trains and ruffles were seen.

If you all had read my previous post about Tata Zest or follow me on my Instagram account, you must be knowing that I had a fun weekend in Goa with fellow bloggers.
And though in my last post I covered a bit of my experience of driving the brand new Zest and the activities we did in Goa, in today's post I am covering more of my stay in Goa with some of my favorite bloggers - Anshita, Bhumika and Apurva.
We had stayed at the very beautiful and luxurious Resort in Goa - Zuri White Sand Resorts in Varca South Goa which features a private beach area with scenic views of the sea and lovely white sands.
Amidst all the blogger activities planned for us on Day 1, we did get time to spend time at the beach area- enjoying the view and taking some cool selfies.
This was the third time I was visiting a beach (first being in Thailand and then in Mumbai) and I truly enjoyed watching the sunset, walking barefoot on the sands and in the cool water waves.
Later that night I went to meet a college friend with whom I visited a Karaoke bar and that gave me atleast a glimpse of the local Goan culture.

Hey lovely readers!
Time flies so fast right? It's August already and it feels like 2014 had started just a couple of months back.
The last month was really hectic for me as I got to attend the Couture week, few fashion events and Blogger Meets that happened in various cities of India.
Amidst all these busy events, I had also got time to rejuvenate and relax myself as I visited Aayna - a beauty clinic located in one of the posh areas of South Delhi - a venture by Dr. Simal Soin.
Dr. Simal Soin is not a new name in the field of beauty and wellness as she is recognized, internationally, as one of the key opinion makers in the field of Aesthetics and Cosmetic Dermatology by clients, colleagues and media alike.
Her new venture - Aayna - is spread across an awe-inspiring 4,400 sq.
ft. of space in the very heart of South Delhi. The new destination AAYNA
compliments its ethos with some of the most innovative treatments &
technology known to the field, making it, by far, the most progressive
establishments in the country today.
Therefore, when I got a chance to visit the clinic and review one of the services, I was absolutely delighted for the experience. I was welcomed at the clinic by the sweet and courteous staff who gave me a form to fill which had few questions about my lifestyle, food habits etc. I thought that to be really considerate as mostly when you visit a spa or a beauty clinic, the services offered are the same for everyone. But here they first take in consideration your lifestyle, weight, health etc. and then only recommend the services suitable for you.
