So I got some mails and comments from a few readers who said they missed my Outfit Posts.
Well, I miss them a lott tooo !! But last few months had been really hectic- getting started with the job, settling up at the new place, being away from friends and some personal issues.. It had taken a lot of toll on me, but still I was trying to keep a touch with my blog by some random posts, shopping hauls and giveaway posts.
I would surely be putting up more outfit posts now and then. And lets make a fresh start from this fabulous tomato red dress I wore while shopping with my college friend last weekend.
The color of the dress attracted me at the first place. The sophisticated yet girly charm of the dress makes it one of my favorite purchases in the last month.
So with the rage of Mints, Tangerine, Fuchsia, pastels- what has been your favorite?
I recently purchased a mint asymmetric hem skirt which I am just dying to wear and share here soon <3 <3

I have a surprise for all of you ( Ofcourse it doesn't remain much of a surprise as I already mentioned it in the Post Title :P )
But anyways before I announce about the Giveaway, I wanted to share with you all that I have been invited for the Tarun Tahiliani Couture Exposition's special preview for the media tomorrow at DLF Emporio, New Delhi.
But I don't think I'll be able to make it this time for the event, as I have to go to work tomorrow and I couldn't manage to get the transport as I was informed at the last moment... :( :(
Btw The Exposition would be all about distinctive Indian cultural richness and unabashed modern glamour with view in 35 spectacular Tarun Tahiliani Couture creations. Bringing a culturally routed, yet highly contemporay sensibility to the time honored wedding ritual, the Exposition will share the season's newest trends, exquisite jewels and jewel colors in bridal and occasional wear.

I am soo excited to share with you all that I finally attended the International Woolmark Prize Ceremony, held at The Leela Palace, New Delhi; which I had mentioned about in the last post.
I had a great time at the event meeting fellow fashion bloggers- Apurva from Kalapalette, Komal from The Delhi Fashion Blogger, Japna and more... It was an amazing experience being amongst a renowned jury and talented Indian designers.
" International Woolmark Prize instituted by The Woolmark Company, the global authority on Merino wool. The award has always aimed to encourage and recognise a generation of young designers who work with wool – fiber and fabric. 50 years ago, this competition helped launch the careers of two fashion icons - Yves Saint Laurent & Karl Lagerfeld.
Yves Saint Laurent won this award for dress design, while his fellow designer Karl Lagerfeld was the winner of the coat category as part of the Australian competition judged by a panel including Hubert de Givenchy and Pierre Balmain.
The global competition is being reintroduced this year and included India as one of the five regions - Australia, China, Europe, US and India for the first time. The regional awards required designers to present sketches of a Merino wool capsule collection comprising of 6 outfits with one full outfit to be produced. These collections were judged by a panel of local and international experts. The India judging panel comprised some of the country’s most respected industry representatives including:

- Simon P Lock – Founder of Australian Fashion Week
- Sunil Sethi – President of Fashion Design Council of India

First things first, I have been invited to the renowned International Woolmark Prize ( Indian Regional Awards Announcement) which is being organized at The Leela Palace, New Delhi tomorrow !! I am really really excited to attend the same, hope all things go well ( ** TOUCHWOOD** )

This month so far has been very hectic, scandalous ( ohh just don't ask me about those), irritating and I don't know but definitely not good.
Also thrice it happened that when I was totally ready for the Outfit shoot with my friend, either my camera stopped working, the battery went dead OR it started raining while I was about to get the pictures clicked :( :(
So I really needed some time for myself to feel good, and that's why I decided to pamper myself with a nice shopping spree.
I won't blabber much and would leave upto the pictures to share my excitement and joy :D :P

So I am back with an outfit post after a longggggggg time.. This post is my entry for the Indian Fashion Bloggers Remix - Black & White!
A Basic White shirt is a wardrobe staple and I guess each one of us must be owning one!
Even though mostly we love to wear a white shirt with Blue denims or Black trousers, there are dozens of other ways to wear it rather than getting stuck with the conventional ways always such as -

A Basic White shirt is a wardrobe staple and I guess each one of us must be owning one!
Even though mostly we love to wear a white shirt with Blue denims or Black trousers, there are dozens of other ways to wear it rather than getting stuck with the conventional ways always such as -
- You can wear the white shirt under a Tube Dress / Thin straps dress when you don't feel like showing off too much skin.
- Wear your smart fitting white shirt with a pair of shorts and stockings for that chic look and complete the ensemble by adding a funky bag and belt.
- Wear it over a jumpsuit or dress for a girly look like Diana Penty in the upcoming Cocktail movie.
I wore mine with a pair of distressed Black denims and a Chess-Board style sling bag which I picked from a local store. Have a look -
