Hey everyone!
First of all, wishing you all a veryyy Happy New Year!
The previous year was a very exciting journey for me as a Fashion Blogger - I never had thought that I'll come soo far, reaching more than 800 followers, being appreciated for my work, getting featured in Hindustan Times, Pepperfry.com and also being recognized by people for my efforts.
But all this has been possible also because of all the love of my readers who have also encouraged me to come up with better and exciting posts.
I promise, this year as well I will bring forth much better posts which you'll enjoy reading!
Though at a personal level, the last year had many ups & downs in my life - best friends becoming EX- Friends, finishing up studies ( how badly I miss my college and hostel days :( ] , starting working full-time, meeting some wonderful colleagues and learning many many new things.
Overall, I have no qualms, no grudges for anyone or anything! I just hope the New Year brings much more happiness to mine and everyone else' lives!
Especially I wish that this new year will bring justice to the Delhi Braveheart who passed away a couple of days ago, may her soul rest in peace!
I also wish that our system improves by passing better laws! ( Well, I don't know how long it'll take , but one can just wish )

I will be going back to Delhi tomorrow, and in these few days the winters here in North India have taken a proper toll with the days mainly being foggy and chilly. And the only thing I hate about winters is, that I don't feel like getting outta my cozy blanket - I just don't know how will I be getting ready at time for work early morning :(
I will be sharing this outfit which I wore few weeks ago, when the weather was still warm and nice in Delhi - and I could manage to wear a dress with a light jacket.
The embellished jacket was a smart purchase I made from a blog-shop a while ago, while the pleated dress is from Oasap.com. I completed the outfit with these brown heels I purchased from a local store - which are very comfortable and elegant.

I hope you all are enjoying the lovely weather, as the Winters have now arrived in full swing- with the rain pouring down yesterday in Delhi all day long.
I also have finally taken out my lovely coats, jackets and woolens - which I have been dyinggg to wear since soo long :D
Last Sunday I went out with my friends to Select City Walk, Delhi and had a good time over Pasta, Coffee and li'l bit of shopping. The weather was li'l warm, so I could manage to wear my asymmetrical hem dress by ZARA and topped it up with this Striped Blazer from ProdigyRed.com, which I have earlier reviewed HERE.
Last Sunday I went out with my friends to Select City Walk, Delhi and had a good time over Pasta, Coffee and li'l bit of shopping. As the whole look was li'l sober, I wore this pretty layered necklace which I had purchased from a Facebook store - 8teen Style Boulevard - this store has some amazing accessories at very affordable prices.
I carried along this gorgeous bag with Rivet detail by Oasap.com and my Catwalk babies were just perfect to complete the look!

An evening with Numero Uno - Numero Uno Celebrates 25 Successful Years!

Hey everyone!
Had a great weekend? I had a real lazy one - where I just slept, watched TV and ate loadss of junk food :D - Ohkk this is a little exaggerated. But basically I just relaxed at my home! :)
Last Wednesday I was invited to attend Numero Uno, a premium jeans brand's 25th Anniversary at QBA, Connaught Place, Delhi.
To mark the special occasion, Numero Uno unveiled its Summer 2013 Collection with a glamorous fashion show in the presence of fashion elites, socialites and celebrities.
The guests included eminent personalities of the fashion industry like Sunil Sethi, President, FDCI, Nilofer Hussain, Socialite and Daughter of Beauty Expert Shahnaz Husain, Shoe Designer Swati Modo.
Sunil Sethi, President, FDCI, commented on the occasion saying, “Numero Uno is one of the best denim brands we have in the country. They bring innovative designs and cater to all segments of the society. With this fashion show, they have reestablished the fact that they are fashion leaders. It’s a job well done!”
To make the evening even more majestic, Sufi band Nasya added spice in the evening and livened up the atmosphere. The popular Sufi band caught the eyeballs of the public after its sensational performance on MTV Rock On and their heart stealing performance at this event rejuvenated the guests. The joyous melodies at the launch party completed and complemented the celebration.
The event concluded with delicious cocktails and scrumptious dinner to satiate the palates of all the foodies present - Ohh, and I must add that the food was Delicious :)

Hey everyone!
Hope you all are doing well. I have been MIA lately, only because I was busy with work and just cozying up at home. But I am back now and as finally winters are at full swing in Delhi.
I am ready with all the amazing outfits I want to wear and share at the blog ; )
Talking about winters, Allen Solly has unveiled its unique 'Get Featured in Elle magazine' campaign through the 'Winter Dress Fest'. Running in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Chandigarh, it invites women across these cities to have the first pick on the winter dresses, try on the same and then get shot via photo booths set up across select stores.

The world becomes the real evaluator as they rank the featured contestant on her panache in her envisioned occasion: dates, movies, night-outs…a persona for every mood. Three winners in each city are then elected by the panel members from Allen Solly and Elle and get an opportunity to feature in a professional fashion photo shoot for the February edition of Elle. This contest runs from 17th November to 2nd December, across the aforementioned cities.
