Hey lovely readers!
I am back with an Outfit post after a long time featuring a pair of slouch pants I recently purchased from Forever 21 India. As you all know I have been a fan of printed pants, and this pair of pants is the latest addition in my wardrobe which has a unique style that I haven't owned before.
With a relaxed and comfortable fit, these Tribal printed pants have become my favorite pair for those casual day outs shopping or going out for a brunch with friends.
This time, I paired them up with a plain grey tee from Raymond (Woolmark), from their Soft Wool collection. These pants would also look good with colors like black, neon yellow and other bright solid tops.
To jazz up the outfit, I added white studded flats from Aldo Accessories and a chevron-chain neckpiece from Aldo Accessories again. But what I personally like the most about the outfit is the oversized studded bag with transparent sides from Romwe.com .

OOTD - Love for Quirky, Bold Prints - What I wore at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week
Monday, 5 November 2012
Hey everyone!
Hope you had a great time this weekend! I went out with my friends to Underdoggs- a Sports Bar in Gurgaon to celebrate mine and my friend's birthday. And later I attended the Store Launch of Allen Solly in Select City Walk Mall, Delhi ( The post comes soon).
Before I go further to the post, here's a great Coupon Code for you to use at Oasap.com . Use the Code- tsdoasap25 to get an amazing 25% off on orders placed with Oasap.com. They are also running a Christmas Grand Sale and have got a lovely collection of Winter wear, which you must check out!
And I am finallyyy back with an Outfit Post - this was what I had worn last month while I attended the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week - Day 2.
Printed pants have become the hottest trend this season, and more on that Quirky Prints have become a rage and are a perfect alternative to the plain, boring black or blue pants.
This H&M top was lying in my closet since last year, but I never wore it as it never went well with anything. But when I tried it on with these pants it came out looking soo perfectly chic! Isn't it?
The best way to wear printed pants is to let the Bold prints do all the talking, while keeping rest of your look understated. To glam up your printed look, opt for a top in solid colors, a pair of studded heels and a chunky statement necklace.

Hey everyone!
I am back with an Outfit Post and I guess these would be one of my last winter outfits for this season as the weather is finally changing now, even though it did rain a little here yesterday.
Remember, I mentioned in my last post that I have purchased a new DSLR camera - Nikon D3200? These pictures were clicked by my cousin from the same camera and I am surely loving the quality.
In today's outfit, I am wearing one of my favorite pair of printed pants from MAX, paired with a sequined top from PROMOD and chic blazer from VERO MODA. The court heels in burgundy color were a latest purchase from Forever 21 and I absolutely love how comfy yet classy they look.
Recently, one of my readers had asked for ideas about how to style a pair of printed pants - similar to mine, hope this post helps! The basic mantra is to keep the rest of your outfit simple - like a solid color tee, bright blazer or wearing statement shoes - to make the pants stand out. :)

Hey lovely readers!
First of all wishing you all a very Happy Republic Day.. I hope you all enjoyed the day watching the Republic Day parade and having good time with your family.
I went shopping and splurged from La Senza, Promod and Steve Madden. I will do a collective Haul post soon.
Also, I wanted to share with you all that finally I have invested in a DSLR camera and purchased Nikon D3200 which is a fabulous camera. My next post will see pictures clicked from the same.
Coming back to this outfit post which dates back to a couple of weeks, I finally took out my Quirk Box pants from the closet and wore them to a shopping day with my bestie.
Not only these pants fit me amazingly but also have a great fabric. I paired the pants with a color-block top from MAX and bright orange blazer from ZARA which brings the much needed dash of color to the outfit.
Rounded up the look with my bow flats from Westside, clear aviators from Forever 21 and Mod'acc bag.

Hey everyone!
Hope you all are doing well. This season we hardly saw any rains in this part of India (Delhi-NCR) which makes me wonder if there would be no monsoon at all in the coming years.
Anyway, I hope it rains a bit before the onset of Autumn which is not far away. And talking about Fall made me realize that it's time that I started re-arranging my wardrobe for the new season.
While going through my wardrobe I noticed that there are few items which I should invest in and shop for Autumn-Winter. And that's why I went to few of my favorite online shopping websites to see what they had in store for AW'2014.
In this post I have covered my wishlist for the Fall, have a look -
If you have followed my outfit posts, you must be knowing that I am a big fan of printed pants and they definitely rule my wardrobe. But one of my favorite printed pants which have a monochrome style have faded away and therefore I need a new pair. The above pair of printed pair is a perfect pick to style for a semi-formal occasion or to a casual day out with friends.

OOTD - Rocking Them Palazzos - MAX Road to Paris | Curvy Style Guide
Monday, 1 June 2015
Hey lovely readers!
I am back with the 1st Outfit post of June, which also happens to be my entry for MAX Road to Paris contest in which we bloggers had to style clothes from their latest collection.
While I usually end up picking summery skirts and dresses from MAX Fashion, this time my eyes got stuck on a stylish pair of palazzo pants which is a style I don't own currently.
So, for my contest entry, I picked this pair of aztec print pants and a mint shirt which I styled for a street-smart look perfect for this summer. After all, summer is meant for breezy silhouettes and sleeveless shirts or tops to beat the heat in a stylish manner.
Also, palazzo pants has been a hot trend this season with many celebrities and models wearing them often for their casual avatars.
While many curvy girls shy away from wearing palazzo pants in the fear of the latter making them look heavy, printed pants can infact make you look toned town.
That's why I picked these trendy pants in a multi-colored print which is not too busy and has a vertical pattern that gives a slimming effect. To add a pop of color to my outfit, I paired them with a mint colored sleeveless shirt which I knotted down to give it a look of a cropped top that instantly gave the entire outfit a funky look.
I kept the accessories minimal by just wearing my new Armani sunglasses, Daniel Wellington watch and tan wedges from Forever 21 to add height to my look. Giving my outfit a finishing look was my Holii sling bag in a soothing white and yellow color that has become my recent favorite bag.

Hey everyone!
I am back with another Outfit Post which dates back to a couple of weeks as I went out with my best friend to Select City Walk, Delhi. As I mentioned in my last post, the mall has become my favorite place for shooting my outfits and also a favorite hangout place for me and my friend.
We also went out to watch a movie, Gravity, which I somehow found a little boring.
Coming back to the outfit, I paired my new tribal print pants by Deal Jeans with an asymmetrical pink top by Elle and black wedges. I also carried a floral print bag I recently purchased from Lifestyle, Noida and accessorized with a multi-layer neckpiece.

OOTD | Review - Calvin Klein Jeans - One Pair of Pants, Three Looks !
Monday, 25 November 2013
Hey all!!
Had a great weekend? I spent my weekend with my relatives and had a good time with my cousins and enjoyed good home-made food after a long time.
Last weekend I had visited the Calvin Klein Jeans store in Ambiance Mall, Vasant Kunj, Delhi to check out their Autumn-Winter collection. Just like the last season, the women's collection was way too limited and I only liked a few basic pieces like a pair of black pants which I have styled in three different ways in this post.
A pair of black pants is the most basic bottomwear one should have in their wardrobe and which can be styled in various ways to suit different occasions.
Look 1 : Smart Casuals
In this look I paired the pants with a color-block top, black heels and a trendy tote bag. This look is perfect for office or those cozy lunch dates.

Hey everyone!!!!
Hope you all had a great weekend! Finally, North India is blessed with rains and I had an awesome weekend, catching up with friends over coffee, donuts, movie and shopping.
Every time I promise myself that I'll shop less, I end up spending a lott again. I think its time again to go on a Shopping ban, as I did back in April.
So here's a post covering what all I purchased this month till now, and hopefully I won't be purchasing anything till Sales start :
Firstly, I went shopping at the Super Saturday Sale organized by Vero Moda, Only and Jack n Jones in Delhi last Saturday. I reached only by 7pm, by which most of the amazing stuff were sold out, as the sale had started sharp at 8am. Still I managed to purchase a dress, jacket and lace peplum top ( which I had been wanting to buy badly since a long time ).
I also purchased a beautiful LBD by French Connection, monochrome dress by Romwe.com and a beautiful floral skirt and shirt from MAX.
My love for Printed pants continued as I bought a polka dotted pair from ZARA, tapered pants from MANGO and another pair from MAX.

Review - BIBA Ethnic Wear | Autumn - Winter'13 Collection !
Tuesday, 24 September 2013
Hey everyone!!!
While writing this post I realized that I have featured ethnic wear in only one or maybe two posts, ever since I started blogging. But that doesn't make me love Indian traditional wear any less. Infact, many people compliment and tell me that I look much pretty in Indianwear as compared to western apparel.
Well, I agree to that as our ethnic wear has that elegant and sophisticated appeal, which can make anyone look pretty and classy.
And when it comes to ethnic wear brands in India, one of the most popular and renowned brands is BIBA, which offers a stylish, reasonable and trendy range of traditional wear designed for today's women - who are career-oriented, style conscious and yet respect their traditions and culture. I visited their store last Saturday to check out their latest collection.
The collection boasted of everything from traditional Anarkalis, embroidered motifs, fusion kurtas to kurtas with matching palazzo pants, churidar sets, and much more, in endless range of colors and designs.
Have a look at my favorites from the collection :

Hola chicas!
Today I am writing this post for all my readers who were missing my Shopping Haul posts. Lately, I have been focusing majorly on reviews and Outfit posts because frankly I shop often and hardly get any time to click pictures separately for my hauls. But those who follow me on Instagram would be going through my shopping diaries, as I post instant pictures of my shopping sprees there.
And this post is for those who are not there on Instagram and wish to know what I have purchased lately and where from.
I have been looking for a rose gold chronograph watch since a long time and my search ended with this elegant watch by FOSSIL which I purchased from Flipkart.com .
Well this wasn't exactly a haul but freebies I received from a Kiehls event I attended lately for the launch of their new Micro-Blur skin perfector. I got a full size Midnight Recover Concentrate which I will review separately later.

Hola chicas!
Hope you all are doing good.. Its Friday and I have some exciting plans for this weekend which also includes the Indiblogger Meet this Sunday. I hope it would be as exciting as the last time.
My last post was on the store visit to Crabtree & Evelyn, DLF Place, Saket! And I had promised that I would share the outfit I wore that day soon.
I had to rush to the event directly from work, so I couldn't wear anything flashy or blingy. The dress code at my office is quite relaxed, we are allowed to wear Smart Casuals or semi-formals, but most of the people at my office also turn up in pure casuals.
If you are bored of wearing Indian ethnic wear or western formals to office daily, you can jazz up your look by trying Smart Casuals if your office allows. Here are a few tips if you wish to wear smart casuals to work -
- Rather than plain, light colored shirts you can experiment by wearing blouses, stylish knit tops, a nice sweater set, or classic sleeveless tops with a cardigan or jacket.
- You can play with stylish color-blocking as well, and can wear printed shirts or blouses with pleated trousers or cropped pants.
- You can also wear smart knee length dresses, skirts and even palazzo pants to make a unique style statement. ;)
- A pair of Palazzo pants with a tucked in pussy bow blouse, heels and satchel bag would definitely make you look good and you can even head to a bar with friends later in the same outfit.
I decided to wear my checks print formal trousers with a black camisole and wore a cut-out sleeves top as a crop-top to give the outfit a chic look. To give the outfit a more glam look- I added the lovely aztec print necklace from Forever 21.
| Top - Thrifted Camisole - Vero Moda Trousers - Wills Lifestyle Bellies - BATA Bag - MANGO Necklace - Forever 21 |
I am soo excited to share with you all that I finally attended the International Woolmark Prize Ceremony, held at The Leela Palace, New Delhi; which I had mentioned about in the last post.
I had a great time at the event meeting fellow fashion bloggers- Apurva from Kalapalette, Komal from The Delhi Fashion Blogger, Japna and more... It was an amazing experience being amongst a renowned jury and talented Indian designers.
" International Woolmark Prize instituted by The Woolmark Company, the global authority on Merino wool. The award has always aimed to encourage and recognise a generation of young designers who work with wool – fiber and fabric. 50 years ago, this competition helped launch the careers of two fashion icons - Yves Saint Laurent & Karl Lagerfeld.
Yves Saint Laurent won this award for dress design, while his fellow designer Karl Lagerfeld was the winner of the coat category as part of the Australian competition judged by a panel including Hubert de Givenchy and Pierre Balmain.
The global competition is being reintroduced this year and included India as one of the five regions - Australia, China, Europe, US and India for the first time. The regional awards required designers to present sketches of a Merino wool capsule collection comprising of 6 outfits with one full outfit to be produced. These collections were judged by a panel of local and international experts. The India judging panel comprised some of the country’s most respected industry representatives including:
- Priya Tanna – Editor Vogue India
- Simon P Lock – Founder of Australian Fashion Week
- Sunil Sethi – President of Fashion Design Council of India
- Pradeep Hirani – CMD of Kimaya Fashion Pvt Ltd. "

OOTD - Mono-Mania : Embracing Monochrome | How to Style Black & White this Spring
Wednesday, 24 February 2016
Hey lovelies!
What's black, white and chic? Well, that's my favorite trend - Monochrome! This trend has cast a spell on me and I can't seem to get over it even in this season.
That's why when I saw this trendy black & white jacket at H&M, I knew I had to have it in my closet.
And now that the days have become slightly hotter, I decided to do a shoot wearing it, before it's time to keep it back in the closet.
So, on a lovely sunny day, I styled it with my new comfy midi skirt from ZARA and a printed boat-neck top from ZARA that perfectly complimented the skirt.
My trendy hat from Marks & Spencer (which also fetched me a lot of compliments that day) was the perfect pick to complete the look, with a pair of stylish River Island wedges.
As usual, I accessorized it with just a heart-shaped Accessorize pendant, a Fossil watch and a classic Tommy Hilfiger bag.
Have a look at the pictures clicked by my bestie :
Monochrome is a trend which is the easiest of all to carry off, no matter what your shape or body type is. You can either sport in a layered manner like I did, or just pair up a classic white shirt or top with a pair of black pants for a chic look.
But if you are up for experimentation, try pairing printed pieces like my monochrome jacket for a headturner look.
Do you like the way I styled this monochrome look? Let me know your views in the Comments below!

After a long time I am back with a post about my favorite ethnic wear trends. Festive season is right here, and I am sure you all would have been looking out for stocking ethnic wear to wear at various occasions like Rakhi, Navratre, and the upcoming wedding season.
Well, if you haven't yet found the perfect ethnic outfit, read on as I share five must-have Kurtis from Craftsvilla - one of India's leading ethnic wear online shopping websites - that are calling for inclusion in your wardrobe.
Jacket Style Kurti : This season everyone's flaunting jacket style Kurtis, be it your favorite celebs like Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor, or the popular TV bahus and betis - a jacket style kurti is not only classy but is also trendy and chic.
Style an embroidered or printed kurti in a jacket style and pair it with matching pants and high heels for a glamorous look at a party.
Asymmetrical Kurti : Give a break to your heavy anarkalis this season, and pick an asymmetrical kurti in beautiful silhouettes for an elegant look. While an anarkali kurti looks good only on few body types. an asymmetrical kurti is very versatile and suits all body types.
To highlight the shape of the kurti, pair it with fitted leggings and strappy sandals for a chic look.
Tunic Dress : Is it a kurti? Is it a dress? Well, who cares? Pick a tunic dress that's not only perfect for casual occasions but also works well for office. Pick a style in A-line that flatters all body types, and style it with your favorite sandals and a sling bag for a perfect weekend style.
Cape Kurti : Who said that you can wear a cape only with western outfits or lehengas? A trendy minimal cape looks equally good with a kurti. Pick this trendy kurti from Craftsvilla which features an embroidered cape paired with a color-blocking solid kurti, that can be teamed up with palazzos for a fusion look that's perfect for parties as well as casual outings with your BFFs.
Tunic : Tunics have been ruling our wardrobes since a long time now. And why shouldn't they? They are comfortable, classy and easy-to-style. They can be easily paired with trousers or cigarette pants, churidars or leggings; with jeans or palazzos.
Make sure you pick a style that suits your body type and finish the look with a pair of heels and statement bag.
What's your favorite style of Kurtis? Don't forget to check out the #LatestSeLatest range of Kurtis and Tunics from Craftsvilla and get your wardrobe ready for the upcoming festive season.

Thursday, 12 March 2015
Hey lovely readers!
Today's post is for those readers and my friends who complain that I seldom write about men's fashion. Well, here I am with a post on Spring Summer trends for Men this year.
While many styles come and go every year, there's one trend that stays on all around the year ie. stylish T-shirts for men. No matter what's your personal style, a trendy tee is an essential part of every wardrobe and looks good for men of all ages. With so many styles and trends seen in tees these days, guys really find a hard time to select pieces to fit their needs.
But this season, it's all about bright colours and basic patterns in T-shirts. If you are a T-shirt-and-Jeans kind of guy, then you must stock up tees in these exciting colours and prints in your wardrobe :

Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week SS'13 - Day 2 - am:pm - Dev R Nil - Kavita Bhartia
Wednesday, 10 October 2012
Hey everyone!
I am back with the updates on the Day 2 shows I attended at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week being held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Though I wanted to share them yesterday, but internet wasn't working well at my side.
I had attended shows by am:pm Ankur and Priyanka Modi, Dev R Nil and Kavita Bhartia on the second day of the most prestigious Fashion Week of India.
Here are my favorites from their collections -
am:pm by Ankur and Priyanka Modi :
Feminine, classy and comfort- reflected perfectly in their monochrome creations. Graceful drapes and elegantly tailored fabrics made their creations stand out. The wide-legged trousers were my absolute favorite from the collection.

Hey lovely readers!
I am back with another outfit I wore a few days back while out on a lunch date with my bestie. I love wearing skater dresses and have styled it various times in the past posts. The best part of owning a trendy skater dress is that while it can be worn alone in summers with your favorite heels or flats, they can be styled with stockings and a trendy jacket in winters too.
That's why I finally took out my lacy floral skater dress from Forever 21 outta my closet which I had last worn during my birthday bash. I styled this lovely dress with simple black tights from Forever 21 and a brown shrug jacket from Romwe.com .
And I completed the look with my new spiked lace-up boots which I bought from an export surplus store Kainalli in Delhi. I carried this versatile color-block Accessorize handbag which not only looks good with formal outfits but also casual outfits like my floral dress.

Go chic with Fashionable Ballerinas this Summer
Friday, 24 April 2015
Hey everyone!
If you are just like me who loves wearing heels and can't complete an outfit without the fancy and trendy heels, you must be having the same feeling like I do when I get back home and swap my heels with a pair of comfortable flats. Flat shoes are all the rage this season and even celebs and models are sporting flats on the ramp.
While flat shoes are available in many designs, my favorite style in flat shoes is Ballerinas which are cute, cozy and comfortable at the same time. And ballerinas don't have to be boring as you will find an endless variety of ballerinas to choose from.
Here I am covering 4 main styles of Ballerinas that you should include in your wardrobe this season :

- Open Toe Ballerinas :
One of the hottest trends of this season, open toe ballerinas are both girly and chic with a peep-toe effect. Also as they let your toes to peep out, they have more space at the tips for broad feet. They can be easily styled with skater skirts, A-line dresses and fitted pants.
