Dating websites India
Hey everyone!
Dating in the present times can truly be a
pain for men and women alike. If you are wondering why I am talking about
dating when I am married now, well, it’s because before I found my Mr. Perfect
– I have had a fair share of experience with few dating apps as well as saw my
close friends cribbing about the lack of a decent dating app that has genuine
like-minded profiles, is unlike the other hookup-crazed swiping apps or isn’t
filled with people desperately seeking marriage.
If there’s one app that has answered their
pleas is OkCupid – a fun,
interactive and highly accurate dating site that lets you search and view
complete profiles and communicate with other members for free.

With the numerous focused, relevant and
thought-provoking questions it asks each member while signing-up, it helps you
break the ice and get to know your match well, especially at times when you
don’t know how to keep the conversation going.
You’re
More than Just a Photo
OkCupid stands out in the sea of irrelevant
dating apps, as it tries to understand the personality of each member and
respects the time and effort that goes in creating a profile and connecting
with like-minded profiles. And that’s why a member can’t just create a profile
by adding few pictures; one has to share their story through really insightful
questions that bring out your persona even if your bio/picture doesn’t.

Building a profile on OkCupid is actually a lot of fun with questions like Would you rather go to a music festival or sporting event? And you can also choose the answer that you would want your ideal match to share.

Therefore, the profiles you come across on the app are more creative, interesting and thorough; giving you a good insight about the person you are going to interact with – something that really lacks in theirs online dating counterparts.

Unique
Features
You can make the first move by commenting
directly on a photo or a section of a profile you liked, increasing your
chances to get connected.
One of the interesting (but paid) features
of OkCupid is Boost that lets you
shine out of the other profiles as it shows your profile more often in match
results and on DoubleTake, so that if a match is interested in you, they can
Like you back.

Topics feature allows you to share more
about things that matter to you like Travel, Music etc,. and further prompts
you to write about interesting topics on the same that’ll show on your profile
with other essays.
Safety
Being a woman in times where virtual safety
is a big concern, OkCupid does its bit by making sure that the profiles listed
on the app are genuine with real names.

Also, with their Zero Tolerance Policy, and
bad behaviour reported gets immediately moderated away, making the app a safe
place for dating.
Verdict
With so many unique features and their
complex yet really accurate matching mechanism, OkCupid is definitely sticking
through its logo – Dating Deserves Better, and therefore, if there’s one dating
app you need to be on right now if you are looking for a meaningful
relationship, it should be OkCupid that offers a good experience and modern
vibe that’s a refreshing change from the swipe left-right dating apps that
don’t offer anything more than hookup crazy matches.

That’s perfect, OkCupid | OkCupid App Review
Friday, 9 November 2018
Hey lovely readers!
Hope you all are having a great week. Last weekend, I attended the launch of HRC Mingle, a ladies night at Hard Rock Cafe, Saket, Delhi; followed by watching a movie - The Grand Budapest Hotel on Saturday and shopping a bit.
And I am back today with this review for a new matchmaking/dating app in town. Well, I know you must be wondering why I am writing a review for a matchmaking app. The reason very simply is - because just like every other Indian girl in her mid 20s, even I am being asked my parents and relatives to settle down. And being a single lady in a metro city, it gets really difficult to find the perfect one with the little time you have in your busy lifestyle. While my parents are doing their bit by searching from the zillion of profiles shown at other traditional matrimonial websites, they simply do not work for me.
So when I came across this website which recently was also in news because of their amazing Breaking Stereotypes campaign, I decided to try it by myself.
And, now as they have come up with a mobile app, with the Android version already out and the iOS version being launched in October'14, finding love would now be at your fingertips.
